  We have capable cleaning teams for Cargo Tanks De-mucking service at Tuzla Anchorage & Bozcaada Slopping area in presence of Chemist during cleaning. Our authorized chemist submits gas free certificate with delivery of cleaning job.

We are specialized for steel renewal with our certified welders, fitters on Vessel such as on hull, deck ,tanks hatch covers , ballast tanks as per IACS rules under supervision of our steel work engineers. Our teams can do port, anchorage and on voyage repairs.

Not only we renew different grades/sizes of pipes on different locations (Carbon steel, stainless steel, cunifer, copper, super duplex, SMO, GRE, GRVE) but also we supply & fabricate pipes as per isometric 3D drawings . With our galvanizing and polyethylene coating partners, we are capable to fabricate all BWTS & Scrubber retrofit pipes in time. We are doing 3D Scanning Service for new pipeline modifications & BWTS 

Our main light steel & outfitting fabrication item are Hatches, Watertight Doors, Covers, Supports, Foundations, ladders , mushroom heads. We are also capable to do aluminum and accommodation ladder repairs .

For marine boilers, our services are chemical circulation, mechanical  cleaning, hpfw washing, hydro static pressure testing, tube renewal, overhauling and refractory renewal with certified material as per makers procedure. We fabricate boiler tube bundle and boiler pipes. 

We overhaul hydraulic cylinders , hydro-motors, hydraulic pumps including removal and re-fiting, we renew hydraulic lines and hoses, fittings , valve blocks as needed. For renewed lines we are doing flushing circulation and sample testing.

Our Supervisor Partners are authorized and experienced about well-known makers that we are able to test existing ICCP system working good or not, we also Supervise during renewal of ICCP anodes in Dry-dock without effecting un-docking schedule in coordination with hull paint around anodes, and final testing, reporting. 

We give Magnetic Compass Adjustment service during sea trial with competitive prices. 

Our Partners are authorized for almost all makers of Navigational equipment . GMDSS Radio Survey team all are well trained and capable  that we can carry out  service in coordination with attended Class Surveyors. We also do VDR / S-VDR annual performance test, AIS / SART/ EPIRB annual performance test, or Gyro Annual Maintenance.
 

We provide in situ machining solutions with proper portable lathe machines as per work place and job scope.

 In Marine fabrications and repairs , Laser alignment is very usefull and accurate method that mostly we are doing for Stern Tube Alignment, Shaft Alignment, M/E Alignment,                        Aux Engine Alignment, Flange  Flatness Measurement, Bed Plate Measurement
